GRANT
STELLWAGEN is a business consultant
and advisor for AspireNow's Concepts of Selling sales program.
Beginning
in 1989 as a Senior Executive in Sales and Marketing at Bell Atlantic and EMC
Corporation, Grant consistently surpassed all revenue goals and objectives.
He was recognized as the top sales executive 5 times.
His continued success was due to his professional efforts in providing IT
consulting and solution support services to large accounts like McDonnell
Douglas/Boeing, IBM/ISSC, Southwestern Bell, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Bridge
Information Systems and Union Pacific Railroad. The unique solutions and savings
these companies realized from Mr. Stellwagen’s efforts exceeded $100 million.
Grant’s
business career started in 1977 with Southwestern Bell where he was the Manager
Information Systems responsible for Southwestern Bell Telephone's Electronic
Systems Assistance Center (ESAC) Data Center and Network Operations in St.
Louis, Missouri. He consistently
exceeded all operational goals and objectives in providing Information
Technology (IT) Business Solutions for various Bell subsidiaries.
As
the Director of Information Systems at Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, Grant was
responsible for all Network and Data Center Operations. Through unique solutions
that were developed, operational costs were reduced by over $6 million per year
while keeping systems availability above 99.5%.
Grant began his military career in 1973 with the United States Navy and
served overseas, onboard surface ships and submarines with various increasing
responsibilities in the area of communications.
He was decorated and recognized by senior military commanders on numerous
occasions for exemplary professional and military service.
