of our consultation, DecisionOne (www.DecisionOne.com) utilized an
internally-developed sales training program, and wanted to implement their
sales training with our concepts of selling, and also add depth with
"inside secrets" to share company specific insights with new
sales teams on how to sell technology outsourcing services more
successfully at DecisionOne.Utilizing key
strategies modeled from DecisionOne's top salespeople, AspireNow designed
a custom program that first showed what works in the D1 system, then
implemented a "new hire mentor" program to help model the
