Challenging
Coworkers? Try This Ancient Hawaiian Technique:
Do
you have negative thoughts about your boss, co-workers, or anyone?
According to the ancient Hawaiians, every time you think negative thoughts
about a person, even yourself, an invisible energy cord grows inside of
your
body. By learning how to cut these cords, your relationship with
yourself
and others can improve.
To heal your relationship with your boss:
Visualize him or her down on a stage in front of you. You can even
put
yourself on the stage in order to heal any misperceptions you've been
carrying. Imagine that you are sending your boss Light from your
Higher
Self.
When you send another light, you are acknowledging that they have a Higher
Self, too and that you are choosing to see them in a different way from the
perspective of your Higher Self.
As you offer this light, you will automatically move your own energy into
your heart center, or heart chakra. At the same time, you will
release the
energy of holding your boss in a space of blame and guilt, (energy emanating
from the second chakra, around the base of the spine).
Now, forgive yourself as well as your boss for holding these old perceptions.
As you offer forgiveness, hear them forgiving you as well. Isn't
it long
enough you've carried this old baggage around? You can ask your Higher
Self
to offer the forgiveness for you.
Next, imagine swinging a cutting instrument around yourself counterclockwise,
as you cut away all of the cords. Although these cords cannot be seen,
they
can be felt. For example, have you ever heard someone say their stomach
felt
like it was tied in knots? These knots are the negative cords sometimes
wound as tightly inside of your body as the core of a gold ball. All
that
remains from cutting negative cords is Divine Love.
Lastly, imagine the release of energy as the old "fearful" you floats
away
along with your perceptions of your boss.
